My name is Faith and I am your organizer. I am originally from the UK and have been living in Huntington Beach for just over 2 years.
I have no formal training in horticulture and not so much practical experience but I am hugely enthusiastic about gardening and what it can achieve not only in terms of landscaping and produce, but also in terms of mental and physical health. I hope to share my enthusiasm with others in the OC.
If you have bags of expertise and skills join the group and host meetings to share this knowledge. If you are new to gardening or are less experienced, join and come to meetings to learn.
Do you have a garden that you would like to share with other enthusiasts for an 'open garden' day? Join the group and host an event from your own home.
Do you have high cropping plants with too much produce to use yourself? Join us and swap your crop in our monthly 'produce Swap'
Do you like growing new/large/perfect/mis-shaped plants/flowers? Join the group and let's bring them together and compete to be the best grower in the OC.
