We're a new gardening group forming in the Southern Worcester County area on the MA, RI & CT borders. We've got a blend of experience, abilities and lots of great ideas...
Do you have a green thumb or a passion for gardening? Do you think God only invented rain so that gardeners can get some housework done? Then please bring your skills and talents to help form a new gardening group. Information sharing, plant swaps, establishing or enhancing public gardens, local contests, grant writing and developing youth activities are just a few of the seeds we can germinate.
My green thumb came only as a result of the mistakes I made while learning to see things from the plants point of view.

This will be our first combination regular and social meeting. We're having our regular meeting to discuss current projects and activities. Then we're also having a social meeting with a pot-luck dinner. We're going to "play" in the yard / gardens to see what we can learn as well as suggestions for modification or improvement - if necessary. I will post a more detailed agenda as the date get closer.
